Delete your Jugaad data

1. In the app
- What Jugaad read from your mail and calendar is kept only on your device. Open Jugaad, go to the Privacy tab and tap "Delete everything". It is erased from the device at once.
- Your mobile number is the only thing Litehouse keeps. In the Privacy tab, tap "Remove my number". The number and the devices you confirmed on are erased from our records at once.
- Google access: remove Jugaad at myaccount.google.com/connections.
2. Without the app
If you no longer have the app or the device, write to the Grievance Officer, Nandini, Litehouse DeepTech Private Limited, at [email protected], from any address, with the subject "Delete my Jugaad data" and the mobile number you confirmed. We send a code to that number on WhatsApp to check it is yours, then erase it, and confirm by email. Never send us an OTP, PIN or password by email.
3. What is kept after deletion
A record of which Terms and Privacy versions you accepted, and when, is kept for 1 year after your number is removed, stored only against a scrambled form of the number, as proof of consent. It is then deleted. Nothing else is kept.
